The final evaluation of our INQA project, Comde-verbindet, took place on November 3rd 2025. Together with the management team, we reflected on the numerous achievements and positive changes that have been successfully implemented since the project began.
In recent months, we have achieved a great deal together: processes have been improved, new ideas have been initiated, and long-term cohesion within the company has been strengthened. To celebrate the special commitment of everyone involved, we held a pizza party for the whole team in a relaxed atmosphere.
Team spirit, joy and a clear common understanding characterised the mood: the end of the project does not mean the end of the idea behind it – quite the contrary.
Even after the project officially ends, we want to maintain the momentum and solidarity that has been created. Together, we have achieved a great deal that we can be proud of. For example, the company’s appreciation culture has been further developed. Employees now have the opportunity to express their gratitude for commitment and good cooperation, for example through small gestures such as presenting chocolate bars wrapped in gratitude bags personally.
We also actively participated in planning and implementing the autumn festival, which served as a thank you for successfully passing the TÜV audit. This event was carried out in close coordination with management. We also received positive feedback on cross-departmental cooperation. Regular short meetings made employees feel more noticed and involved, increasing mutual support and leading to greater initiative in helping out in other areas. The voluntary training courses that took place this year are also worth mentioning, as they met with great interest.
The Comde-verbindet Group will continue to meet regularly in the future, in an open format. New colleagues are warmly invited to contribute their own ideas and participate in discussions about current topics.
This is how Comde-verbindet will continue to thrive as a platform for exchange, cooperation and ongoing development within our workforce.
