Fang and Chen successfully completed the 10-week training course.

Fang and Chen successfully completed their 10-week training program at our Stahnsdorf location on September 26, 2024. They are both from our Chinese subsidiary in Wuxi, and the purpose of the training was to familiarize them with our product developments and processes so they can implement best practices in Wuxi. Fang and Chen will play a key role in commissioning the first density monitor production facility in Wuxi and training its employees.

We are confident that they will succeed because they gained a lot of knowledge here in Stahnsdorf. The cultural differences between China and Germany proved to be enriching and entertaining for everyone involved. Among other things, Fang and Chen learned about German airing techniques and waste separation.

The time flew by, but we are confident that this won’t be the last time we welcome employees from our subsidiary to learn and grow together.
